Dr. Beau Gamble
Psychologist
Beau is a psychologist with a strong background in both clinical practice and psychological research. Before retraining as a psychologist in Australia, Beau completed a PhD in Psychology at the University of Auckland and a postdoctoral research fellowship at Uppsala University in Sweden, with a research focus on mood, trauma, and evidence-based psychological interventions. His academic and research experience gives him a deep understanding of the scientific literature, ethical reasoning, and critical thinking skills that underpin the National Psychology Exam. Beau is particularly passionate about helping provisional psychologists move beyond rote memorisation to develop a stronger understanding of why particular answers are considered best practice within the context of the APS Code of Ethics, AHPRA guidelines, and contemporary psychological evidence.
