Employers of Registrars

Employers of Registrars

We also partner with clinics and organisations who employ clinical registrars, providing structured support to enhance training, supervision, and outcomes. By integrating our pathway into your workplace, you can ensure your registrars receive high-quality, consistent development aligned with Board requirements — reducing the cost and burden on internal supervisors while improving confidence, competence, and retention within your team.

  • The Flexible Pathway is ideal for psychologists who:

    • Prefer a self-directed approach to their registrar program
    • May already have a primary supervisor or workplace structure in place
    • May want to complete the registrar program over a longer period than 88 weeks
    • Want to choose only the components they need (e.g. CPD, supervision, community)
    • Are looking for a flexible option without long-term commitment

Best suited to clinicians who feel confident managing their own pathway and requirements.

  • The key difference is structure vs flexibility.

    • The Full Pathway provides a complete, end-to-end program covering all registrar requirements (including supervision, CPD, and support).
    • The Flexible Pathway allows you to build your own experience, selecting only the components you need.

With flexibility comes responsibility — you are in charge of ensuring you meet registrar requirements.

  • The Flexible Pathway can support your registrar journey, however:

    • It does not automatically cover all requirements
    • It is your responsibility to ensure you meet:
      • Required practice hours
      • Required supervision hours
      • Required CPD hours

If you are not engaged in a formal primary supervision arrangement with Succoris Academy, you will need to coordinate and track your own progress toward Board requirements.

  • Yes — supervision is available as a standalone option.

    You can choose:

    • Individual supervision:
      • $2,400 for a pack of 10 sessions (incl. GST)
      • Or $275 per session (incl. GST)
    • Group supervision:
      • $50 per session (incl. GST)

This allows you to access high-quality supervision only when you need it, without committing to the full pathway.

  • You can access CPD in a way that suits your needs:

    • Annual CPD Membership:
      • $1,000/year (incl. GST)
      • Includes access to:
      • Full back catalogue of on-demand CPD
      • All live CPD events
    • Or choose to pay per course/event as needed

Ideal for clinicians who want ongoing learning without being locked into a full program

  • The Flexible Pathway is designed to be modular and cost-effective, depending on what you choose:

    • CPD Membership: $1,000/year (incl. GST)
    • Individual Supervision: $2,400 for 10 sessions or $275 per session (incl. GST)
    • Group Supervision: $50 per session (incl. GST)

You only pay for what you need.

  • We know that committing to clinical registrar training, CPD or supervision can feel overwhelming. We also know that most of our registrar's join our programs once they have had a chance to talk through the different options with us so please feel free to drop us an email for a no obligation, informal chat: [email protected]
